Stemming out of its sense of national and
societal duty, and as contribution by it to reduce the burden of the people of
our country in light of these unprecedented difficult times, and in
appreciation of the efforts lead by His Majesty King Abdullah II, and to enable
the government to confront the economic challenges and support the various sectors
which have been negatively impacted as a result of the suspension of their
business as a result of measures taken to combat the Coronavirus pandemic.

The Board of Directors of Al-Eqbal Investment Company PLC has decided to make a
donation to the “Himet Watan” Fund in the amount of 500,000 Jordanian Dinars in
the name of its subsidiary Al Fakher for Tobacco Trading and Agencies Co. It
should be noted that Al-Eqbal Investment Company PLC had launched several years
ago several corporate social responsibility projects.

beloved Jordan and all humanity from this pandemic.
