The Eqbal Investment Company PLC announced that a General Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting will be held on February 14th, 2009 at 13:00 on the premises of the company located on Madaba Road \ Um Al-Basateen Intersection. The topics for discussion will be according to the Agenda sent to all shareholders.

All Shareholders may attend the Meeting personally or through a duly empowered representative with a proxy letter signed submitted to the company 3 days prior to the date of the Meeting.
