ITC-1 : Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities

 

  • Maintenance
    of electro-mechanical components, replacement of damaged components.
  • Examination
    of on-line programs and error analysis;
    Identification, analysis and elimination of system errors.

 

Requirements

  • Understand
    low voltage electrical designs and drawings.
  • B.Sc.
    in electrical engineering.
  • Good
    English: written and spoken.
  • Confident
    working with MS-Office applications.
  • Familiarization
    with relay logic, programmable logical control equipment (PLC).

 


 

 

 

 

ITC-2: Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities

  • supervise
    the operation of manufacturing process plants.
  • Help
    in manage the maintenance of the machines.
  • Taking
    hand in daily maintenance in breakdown situations.
  • Ensure
    the machines are always available for production.
  • Ability
    to work under pressure

 

Requirements

 

  • B.Sc.
    In Mechanical Eng.(
    Grade Achieved in final is good or more)
  • Good
    computer Knowledge.
  • Good
    command in English language.

 


 

 

 

ITC-3 : Quality Assurance

Responsibilities

  • Plan
    and coordinate inspection activities in accordance with Manager.
  • Perform
    inspections to verify compliances.
  • Coordinate
    and collect material samples.
  • Prepare
    and check test reports.
  • Prepare
    non-compliance documentation.
  • Prepare
    and collate inspection documentation.
  • Perform
    all duties (related to the nature of his job) assigned by his Superior.

Requirements

  • Excellent
    speaking and writing English
  • Should
    be honest, positive thinking, good credit
  • B.Sc.
    in engineering or science


 

 

 

ITC-4 : Human Resources Officer

 

Responsibilities

  • Recruiting
    staff: this includes developing job descriptions, preparing
    advertisements, checking application forms, short listing, interviewing
    and selecting candidates;
  • keeping
    employee records
  • administering
    payroll and maintaining records relating to staff;
  • analyzing
    training needs in conjunction with departmental managers
  • planning
    training,
  • Coordinate
    insurance between the Company and the insurance company

 

Requirements

  • B.Sc.
    Business Administration
  • 2-3
    years in Human Resources
  • Computer
    Knowledge MS office
  • Very
    good in English Communication


 

 

ITC-5 : Data entry (ITC)

Responsible

  • Update,
    maintain and retrieve information held on computer systems.
  • Transfer
    information from paper-based records on to computer files.
  • Exporting
    reports
  • updating
    customers records
  • processing sales invoices

 

Requirements

  • Diploma
    in Business Administration
  • Experience
    in data entry in Baan system is a plus
  • MS
    office


 

ITC-6 : Internal Auditor (ITC)

Responsible

  • Participating
    in formulating policies and objectives for the financial and operational
    auditing, ensure compliance with established internal control procedures
    by examining reports, operation practices, and documentation.
  • Perform
    audit fieldwork and prepare audit reports, Perform special investigations
    as needed.
  • Audit
    assignment includes in-depth financial analysis and accounting adherence
    to Policy procedures.
  • Risk
    assessment on qualitative and quantities areas of credit, internal
    reporting to senior management of the hospital on the financial
    performance of the division and identifying management process
    deficiencies within the organization and / or on relationship accounts

Requirements

  • Bachelor
    Degree in Accounting
  • Minimum 10
    years of prior experience in Auditing for manufacturing
  • Proficiency in
    working on computer MS office
  • Excellent
    communication skills in both Arabic
    & English
  • Professional
    certification is a plus ( CIA, CMA, CFA, CPA, ACCA, FCA)

 


 

FAK-1 : Call
Center Representative (Fakher)

 

Responsibilities

  • Answers
    incoming calls and forwarded to a appropriate personnel
  • Provide
    relevant information about the services
  • Carry
    out telemarketing and create interest in products and services
  • Record
    changes to contact details on the system

 

Requirements

  • One
    year Experience in telemarketing or customer service
  • Excellent
    English and communication skills
  • Ability
    to work under pressure
  • Diploma

FAK-2 : Senior Service Supervisor (Fakher)

 

Responsible

  • Manage
    the execution of the services
  • Build
    , Supervise and Manager all team
    members and all activates related to the
    service
  • Monitor
    and control materials labor necessary equipment on site
  • Check
    on the quality of the services
  • Follow-up
    on the customer satisfaction
  • Increase

    the money from the delivery team send the collected money to Finance Dept.
  • Check
    on the quality of the provided services
